How has being Neurodivergent shaped the direction of your career?
After being diagnosed at the age of 41, I finally understood my strengths and challenges. I embrace my strengths and focus on the positives of having Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. Despite my challenges, I have just completed 5 years of studies to achieve my degree and a Masters in Health Psychology.
What advice would you give to another Neurodivergent woman navigating their way through life?
Embrace your strengths and not your weaknesses. Have a positive attitude towards yourself and know that you are Blessed and Gifted. Keep moving forward towards your dreams and goals regardless of the challenges as you are not alone. You can achieve anything you put your mind to and with the right support. If I can do it, so can you!
